Q.1.
Usability of a software that runs on any system
can be measured against many attributes. Mention these attributes that
contribute towards the usability of a system along with an example for each
attribute. [5]

(a)
A boutique designer who specializes in ladies
wear has her business running through her contacts. She plans to grow her
business and start taking orders from everybody. The idea is to expand her
client reach. She has approached a small startup which provides consulting on Mobile application development. You are part of the
design team in the same company and have been tasked with the development of
User interface of the mobile application for her business. Identify the design
method and state how do you plan to apply the same before the next step of
wireframe design? Justify your reason. [3]

Based on your experience of using different kind
of software applications, give an example where you have seen the design takes

sometimes the user interfaces fail to meet user goals: what could be the possible reasons
for that? [2]
Q.6.
Sketch the wireframes [Mobile APP] for the below
scenario:
There is a person who supplies watercans to an apartment
residents. He is finding it difficult to manually maintain the data of watercan
bookings and payments of his supplies done to the apartment residents. He wants
to use a mobile app to keep track of all the orders, supplies, and payments
done by the residents. The mobile app will be used by the residents to order
the watercans and by the supplier to keep track of orders and payments. Based
on these requirements sketch the wireframes for the intended mobile App.
Note:
The wireframes should be neat and readable.
You can make relevant assumptions and improvements for the given
scenario.
Make use of the usability principles and laws while designing the
wireframes.
